Colossus Minerals Inc. Announces Change of Auditors
Toronto, Canada – August 10, 2009 -- Colossus Minerals Inc. (TSX: CSI) (the “Company”) today announced that at the Company’s request, McCarney Greenwood LLP, resigned as auditors for the Company effective July 23, 2009 and have been succeeded by KPMG LLP.
The change of auditors was not as a result of any disagreement or other reportable event (within the meaning of applicable securities laws).
Colossus is an exploration and development Company focused on mineral resource properties in Brazil. The Company is currently focusing its efforts on the high grade gold-platinum-palladium Serra Pelada project in Para State, Brazil.
