Colossus Minerals Announces Expiry of Warrants
Toronto, Ontario, Colossus Minerals Inc. (“Colossus” or “the Company”) (TSX:CSI) announces that the outstanding unexercised common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with Colossus' March 2009 public offering expired at 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on November 27, 2009.
Prior to their expiry, an aggregate of 5,965,625 Warrants, representing 100% of the Warrants issued in March 2009, were exercised for aggregate proceeds of C$16,107,187.
Colossus is a minerals development company focused on the Serra Pelada high-grade gold-platinum-palladium project in Para State of Brazil. Between 1980 and 1986, Serra Pelada was host to the largest precious metals rush in Latin American history.
